I’m sure all of us can recall this familiar phrase "Remember when you could buy land for ??????? Land sure was cheap back then. I wish I would have known then what I know now." I once heard a well known speaker use the phrase, "the best time to buy is when there is still blood on the street". The bottom line in both of these well-known statements is simple.
