Things have begun to get a little crazy!!!!!

The past couple of weeks have been very different from what we have been used to.  We have been showing property every week and had 2-3 clients a day on the weekends.  It is a great time to invest now that everyone has come to the conclusion that we are finally at the bottom and prices are going to start back up soon!!!  We have several contracts we are working out right now.  It is amazing at how this time in real estate reminds me of the 2004-05 seasons because by the time we get an offer submitted it seems that another contract has been accepted on that same property. 

2009 is getting off to a great start and I just want to let everyone know that if you are looking to buy that "now"  is the time to do so.  Don't wait until the prices are already driven back up.
