HI, my name is Christal R. Davis, a licensed real estate agent, who specializes in Fannin County and the North GA Mountains. I love being a realtor and love my career. I attend Pleasant Hill Baptist church with my 4 beautiful children and husband. My family and I reside in Mineral Bluff, GA. I graduated in 1997, and attended Dalton State College for 2 years. Following college I decided to be a full time mother. As my children began to grow, I decided to return to the work force part time as the secretary for a local real estate firm and an appraiser. I learned a lot and realized I wanted to obtain my licenses. I received my license in 2004 and was named Rookie of the Year. Since then I have accomplished entry into the 4 and 6 million dollar club association.
Growing up in Fannin County has been a huge factor in my success. I feel that growing up here and knowing the area helps me represent the buyer or seller. Customer service and hometown service are two very important factors when buying or selling a home. My philosophy is everyone is to be treated with the golden rule and total professionalism with a realtor who has a vast knowledge of the area. Vincent Davis
I am a real estate professional for Fannin County. Having lived here for 29 years, I feel that growing up here is the best knowledge anyone can acquire about an area. I have hunted, fished, and hiked through most of the area and that USFS covers. My family is one of the more native families that have been here for many years. I am very familiar with the entire county and have a vast knowledge of the USFS, lakes, rivers, and hiking trails.
Pleasant Hill Baptist church is where I attend and hold membership. My wife and I also have four beautiful children and we reside in Mineral Bluff, GA. I am a member of the Builders Association and also coach little league t-ball. I am a Builder/Developer and have a vast knowledge about the building industry and development in the community. Linda Gail Lance
Linda Gail, a native of Fannin County, has been living in the beautiful North Georgia Mountain s for the past 31 years, has allowed her to gain a vast amount of knowledge and deep love and appreciation for this magnificent area she calls "home". She is married to Kevin Lance who is also a native of Fannin County. They along with their two children, Austin and Carder, reside in Morganton, Georgia.
She graduated from Fannin County High School in 1993 and then attended North Georgia College and State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. After working as a registered nurse for 8 years, she decided to pursue a career in real estate in order to allow herself the flexibility of spending more time with her family. At the same time she was given the opportunity to enjoy this area she loves so much and continue meeting and helping new people.
Linda Gail is a member of the Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors and has also been a member of the million dollar club for the past 2 years. As an active member of the community, she has served as the marketing director for the Fannin County Empty Stocking Program, a board member of the Appalachian Community Emergency Shelter, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce.
