Christal Davis

HI, my name is Christal R. Davis, a licensed real estate agent, who specializes in Fannin County and the North GA Mountains. I love being a realtor and love my career. I attend Pleasant Hill Baptist church with my 4 beautiful children and husband. My family and I reside in Mineral Bluff, GA. I graduated in 1997, and attended Dalton State College for 2 years. Following college I decided to be a full time mother. As my children began to grow, I decided to return to the work force part time as the secretary for a local real estate firm and an appraiser. I learned a lot and realized I wanted to obtain my licenses. I received my license in 2004 and was named Rookie of the Year. Since then I have accomplished entry into the 4 and 6 million dollar club association. Growing up in Fannin County has been a huge factor in my success. I feel that growing up here and knowing the area helps me represent the buyer or seller. Customer service and hometown service are two very important factors when buying or selling a home. My philosophy is everyone is to be treated with the golden rule and total professionalism with a realtor who has a vast knowledge of the area.
